Bradley Harsch brings more than two decades of investment and advisory experience to his role as Founder and Chief Investment Officer of StratiCo LLC, where he leads the firm’s portfolio management system. Known for his commitment to fiduciary excellence and thoughtful client engagement, Brad is dedicated to aligning investment strategy with individual purpose.
His interest in investor behavior within financial markets began while studying both Engineering and Sociology at UC Davis. After beginning his career as a municipal bond trader, Brad went on to manage investment strategies for a variety of individual and institutional clients.
Brad holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, reflecting his deep commitment to ethical practice and prudent decision-making. He believes investing is a science, and a success is a behavior. That belief anchors StratiCo’s philosophy of building disciplined strategies that are systematic, transparent, and adaptive to each client’s individual needs and circumstances.
He is also the author of Fortune Favors: Seven Distinctions for the Discerning Investor, a book about behavior, decision-making, and the quiet power of preparation. Brad leads StratiCo with focus and selectivity, working with a small number of right-fit clients, typically professionals, business owners, and community leaders who value depth, precision, and perspective.
Outside the office, Brad is a devoted husband, father, and mentor. He values time with his family and seeks out opportunities to educate and empower the next generation of investors and professionals.
